WARNING — NO PARKING
January 24, 2026The garage is going through MAJOR structural work and there is LIMITED to NO parking in the garage- do NOT move in until the work is done, which is likely years from now due to permitting and the city and contractors and such.... They ARE towing people, current residents are upset they have to park in the next building over, or in spots they are afraid they will get towed, oh and of course the leasing office doesn't care and just sends out generic emails with useless updates.... When you move in ...and can't find parking, don't say I didn't warn you ;)Property Manager Responded

Move somewhere else
October 10, 2023If I could give this place less than one star I would. Don’t move here. It’s so over priced and the management company is absolutely horrible. None of my appliances work in my apartment and they don’t do anything about it at all. They don’t replace them and they put minimal effort forth into trying to fix them. They just don’t care. For the amount of rent they charge is nerve considering the condition this place is in management wise and the condition of the apartments. They are old and out ...dated, the pool is always filthy and in need of being cleaned. The garage is not safe people are driving 40mph through the garage at any given time. There are constantly break ins into the garage into cars, the ground are not safe or secure and again management does nothing to change or fix it. The office manager doesn’t even want to be bothered dealing with resident issues, they don’t even put you on the phone with her or allow you to speak to her in person they push you off to the front desk for whatever problem you’re having. Do yourself a favor and for the rent you’ll pay go down the block to Auora. I’m subject to a $300 increase when my lease it up and no shot in hell I’m paying that to stay in this dump. Amazing place.

Love living here..
April 5, 2023It is like a resort..The addition of the pickleball court has me in heaven...The pool is amazing, the property is beautiful...New grilles and shout out to the maintenance staff for always being on point..My washer was acting funky and they came and gave me a new one!!! Super dog friendly and the residents are all super chill..Dee gave us a tour before we moved in and sold us on the complex...When staff lives in the building they work for, count me in!!! We had 3 properties to tour that day with ...Congress grove being the first...We signed the lease after the tour and still had the rest of the day to grab lunch and celebrate our new home...Shout out to you Dee!!!Property Manager Responded

THE BEST ADMINISTRATION IN THE SEVEN YEARS
April 5, 2023I have lived at Congress Grove for over seven years. That said this NOW management company has been the best one since I have lived here. The improvements they have done around the property whether it’s outside or inside has far surpassed any previous management company. Thank for all if that. I feel safe living here. Love Congress Grove!
April 5, 2023I love living here! ? Just renewed my lease with the very thoughtful assistance of Denise. Going on year 9 and I have definitely noticed an improvement over the years with each changeover of management teams. This current team led by Kelly is awesome… The entire team are all so genuinely warm and friendly. We receive regular communications and reminders regarding current events and necessary scheduled maintenance service, great with accommodating residents’ needs, great overall maintenance of ...entire complex and quick response to servicing individual apartments. And the apartments are so comfortable and beautiful. I’m lucky to have a nice pool view and love spending time on my balcony. Even the social aspects of living here have gotten better. Lots of fun socials… Mojitos by the beautiful pool area, wine and cheese socials in our resident lounge, lessons on our new pickle-ball court and fun food truck visits. I also love the pet friendly aspect since I have a little Shih Tzu… She loves the dog park and also loves stopping by the office as often as possible just to say hi and get a yummy treat.Property Manager Responded
