    Nice and quiet place but I am here for more than 5 years but they do not fix one of the gym’s treadmill. This year they got many problems with the pool.

    I have really liked living here. The experience has been nothing but great. I like how the management and maintenance staff take pride not only in the buildings but also the landscape. The management team has worked with me when a death occurred and I had to leave state and that required being late on rent. They are very reasonable, respectful and supportive. Honestly I don’t feel you find that in a lot of landlord-management situations these days. Personally I have not had a bad experience ...

    I love this apartment complex! Great neighbors, great staff, great location. Low noise level at night- unless there are trains passing the or peacocks in the neighborhood. Definitely would not want to live in any other apartment complex.

    Any problem that we have they fix it immediately. I had lost my keys on the airplane which had my mail gym house pool key everything on it. I found it luckily and got it returned. But I asked for those keys I was missing. They had to get a copy made and still got them to me within the hour. Excellent service. I would just complain that a lot of the machines in the gym are broken.

    Overall the apartments are nice, we wish more of the amenities were functioning. We have never been able to use the gas fire pit and that was something we were really excited about when we moved in. The gym/workout room NEEDS to be cleaned and a lot of the equipment is "out of order". The apartments are nice but don't expect any of the amenities to work.

    The service is amazing! Leasing office manager is always helpful and very kind. The new renovated rooms are very nice and very spacious. The amenities that are offered are great, from the pool to the covered parking and the basketball court. Looking forward to taking advantage of everything that is offered.
