June 13, 2018Danielle has been so accommodating for my needs and questions, I just ask her and she takes care of me. Ben and Jim have been very helpful and knowledgeable when maintenance issues arise, thankfully there has been very few. Housekeeping does an excellent job keeping hallways and laundry room clean. June 23, 2017Review for Conklin Estates in Tecumseh Mich.---Apartments are well maintained, the maintenance men handles the maintenance of the apartment buildings with knowledge of what they are doing and are quick to answer all the maintenance calls they receive. The cleaning ladies do an excellent job keeping the apartment buildings clean and helping the maintenance men with the grounds. The grounds are well kept, nice to look at. The office ladies are always friendly, well informed and ready to assist you .... I would give Conklin Estates here in Tecumseh, Mich. a 5 star rating.
