August 27, 2024I loved living there when Christina and Poala worked here. When they left it went to hell in a hand basket. The roaches, rats, and water bugs took over completely. If you can afford to live elsewhere do so!! The back of the apartments are ran down they only take care of the front for renting purposes. So glad I got out when I did!!Review from Apartments.com

Excepto Susana una persona horrible , es grosera , no le gusta ayuda a los personas y sobre todo es racista , siempre que vengan hacer algún contrato vengan con PAOLA es una gran persona como también Cristina realmente se ve que aman su trabajo y ayudan en todo. July 20, 2021I absolutely love living living here! They really love the office staff. They care about the residents. Christina has a kind spirit and she really just loves her residents and just wants a clean environment for us to live in. That's not asking for alot. Don’t lease here
September 10, 2019We recently moved out of the complex and after completely cleaning the apartment they charged me for 2 pool keys when my contract shows 0. We never used the pool. and now they won’t pick up our calls about our deposit. They sent us a letter in the mail charging for “stove cleaning” and the keys but can’t seem to call me back.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible...not at all worth what they charge.
July 19, 2018Management is horrible and do not care about tenants. It's sad to say they racial profile and treat everyone like they are pions and talk down to you. Not worth the money a month. Only a few apartments look like the ones in the picture. The rest are very cheap looking and they have a cocaroach and bed bug problem and they say its all our fault and that we shouldnt have a trash can in the house and why are we to lazy to walk trash out to the big trash can! Please beware!Property Manager Responded
August 20, 2018I apologize that you had a bad experience. However, our apartments look better than what you see in the photo. Each and every one have been renovated. We do not have a bug problem here. Anyone at any time is free to look at the pest control log. If there is a problem it has not been brought to managements attention. We address each situation as it is brought to us. As for the trash? I believe it is each and every resident's responsibility to take their trash to the bins that are placed around the property. If you would like to come to the office at any time, I would be more than happy to speak with you in person.
