About Connery Place - Student Housing
Please note that as a student community, you must be enrolled in school at least half-time (partners and dependents are allowed). Just a block from Portland Community College and moments away from light rail and bus lines, Connery Place is ideally suited for students. We offer a variety of floor plans from one-bedroom designs to spacious two-bedroom apartment homes. We even offer a unique floor plan of a one-bedroom with an extra study room. You’ll find covered patios in several apartment styles at Connery Place while select apartments are also newly updated and include stainless-steel appliances. We also strive to make our community convenient for students by offering covered bike storage and a lending library. Between pet-friendly apartments, a seasonal swimming pool, and convenient on-site laundry facilities, our student residents have it all.
