Hot Water is Out Again

Went to take a shower and there is no hot water AGAIN! Called to report it and the guy who called back gave me "attitude" because I wasn't warm and cherry about no hot water.

This place is not worth the money

You cannot just turn on the faucet and get hot water. You have to let it run for 5 mins before hand. Water pressure? None, not even enough to make suds in the sink to do dishes. Why am I doing dishes in the sink? Because the dishwasher is junk!! They charge for everything and you get nothing in return. Cannot wait to move out!

Water in the Whole Building off again, Second time in two weeks, No notice

The water is off in the whole building AGAIN. No notice. I went down to report it to the office and the guy wouldn't even look up from texting. Has no idea when it will be back on and his attitude was that he didn't really care. Apparently policy is not to give Tenants who Pay the Rent any notice

  Thank you for your feedback. We had a water line break, this is an emergency so we shut the water off to fix it. It's not deterministic as to how long it takes to fix stuff like this until we find the leak and make repairs. Sorry for the inconvenience.
