Great at First, But...
October 8, 2019I've lived in one of their units for 4 years. While the first half was perfect, the latter years made me more than eager to leave. Bless the landlord, Marcelino, because other than one guy who got fired in my first year, he was the only person I ever saw working on the property. This showed when the building got infested by bedbugs and roaches, to the point where we had to get rid of all of our furniture on the way out. The low rent may be tempting, but you'll get what you pay for by moving ...here. Keep looking.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The worst place
October 4, 2016I live in one of this apartments and the building is full of cockroaches, they come to fumigate like every 2 months and one week later they are back. My apartment is very clean but it does not matter, they are everywhere. Also, now I have rats. In addition, the stairs smell so bad and they never clean it or do any kind of maintenance.Review from Apartments.com
