I lived in these apartments for almost 4 years . The building I lived in and my neighbors were good and I liked my apartment. I moved away, but recently moved back to these apartments because I thought these apartments were the same. I was wrong. The neighborhood has gone down. By down, I mean the apartment I live in has water in the basement every time it rains. I've called 3 times, each time I'm told the leaks have been repaired, but the water keeps seeping through the wall. I pay for use ...
of the basement, but I was told there is a "flood clause" in the lease. The power went out twice since I've been here (1 month), the lights in the basement and closet flicker when you turn them on. The shower fixtures in the bathroom are mounted backward, so hot is really cold and cold is really hot. The bathroom sink is cracked, and the list continues to grow. I am so angry. I can't wait until my lease is up. I regret having to move, but I can't live in an apartment I can't fully use.
