Poor communication

I applied here 3 weeks ago and still don’t have a move-in date or any basic communication. I’ve asked them 3 times now to send me videos of the A2 and A3 floor plans and they haven’t.
8/20 - I applied. I spoke with Devin and he answered all my questions.
9/3 - August called me and said I was approved. He said I can move in 9/8.
9/8 - Mason called to follow up. I said I need to change my move-in date to 9/11. I asked him to send me videos of A2 and A3 so I can decide which floor plan I like ...
better. He said he will send the videos. He never did.
9/9 - I called and Chris answered. I told him I asked Mason for videos and haven’t received them. He said he’s too busy to take videos as he has tours, but he will ask Mason to send videos. I never received videos.
9/10 - I called 9 times before Chris finally answered. I said I asked for videos 2 times. He said August is back from PTO and he will send videos. I never received videos.
At this point I give up. If I can’t even get them to send videos after 3 requests and have to call this many times, I can only imagine what a nightmare it would be to be a resident there and have maintenance problems.
Devin and August are helpful. Chris and Mason, not so much. Overall, the leasing office is disorganized and doesn’t take prospective tenants seriously. They wasted my time.
