When my toilet broke on a Sunday afternoon, they came to fix it within 30 minutes. I reported a few packages that had gone missing and there was a community email with just a few hours. As a graduate student this is one of the only places in Williamsburg that I can even remotely afford. March 21, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThere are a lot of things to like about Conway but there are also plenty of bad things. The buildings are very old having been built in 1969. There is very little insulation and you can clearly hear everything from your neighbors. The plumbing is also questionable with backups and gurgles coming up in the sinks. The buildings have nothing to shade the direct sunlight which makes the apartments dreadfully hot. Every tiny thing that you do is monitored by the management and 1 wrong move results in ...a phone call reminding you to "behave". The one shining spot are the maintenance crew. These guys work very hard and are always willing to help, aid or fix anything, even after hours. They are all super friendly. I think that management could take a lesson here.
