November 26, 2025I love the location of the property. It is close to shopping and town. The doors slam and the walls are thin. It is an old property that could use some upgrades but it is well maintained. The maintenance staff are super friendly but the office staff, not so much. The parking is very crowded. They need more spaces or to limit the number of cars per apartment. Pool is great ad well as the lifeguards. Good starter property but the rent has gone up a lot.Review from Apartments.com

September 2, 2025I haven't yet moved into my unit completely, but from start to finish this has been one of the most enjoyable rental experiences I've ever had. Kiana has made me pine for the time my move is complete and I can get to know the community better. Heck, I've already won a prize in one of their drawings!
