The property is clean & quiet. The application process was clear & easy. The office staff are amazing. Literally THE best customer service I have ever had!
I was nervous because I have had a negative experience in the past on move-in day, but Cooper Denton FAR EXCEEDED my expectations!! My apartment is amazing!

Being a college student isn't easy and having to deal with poor living conditions is the worse.
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service while renting a new apartment, which came as a breath of fresh air after a terrible experience at a different apartment complex. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, I was greeted with warmth and genuine care. The property manager, Carolyn, took the time to understand my needs and preferences, patiently answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. She made me feel valued as a potential resident, and her knowledge about the property was impressive.
Once I decided to move forward with the application process, Carolyn guided me through every step, making it seamless and stress-free. She promptly responded to my emails and phone calls, providing updates and clarifications whenever needed. Her professionalism and efficiency were truly remarkable.
On the day of my move-in, I was pleasantly surprised to find my apartment spotlessly clean and ready for me to settle in. Most of the time parking is an absolute nightmare. You are lucky if you can actually park anywhere near your apartment. I haven't even lived here a full year and I have had to park at the front office (outside the gate) at least 3 times.

My roommate and I just moved in and when we went to tour we had Pam take us. She was so funny and wonderful, and the apartments are clean and updated and beautiful. The property is quiet and clean. The whole application process was super easy and Pam kept us updated the entire time, I can’t speak highly enough of her. The entire staff responds to any maintenance requests very fast and they are super friendly, too.

I recently moved into a 3 Bedroom unit and I love it. Everything about it made me feel like I was stepping up my quality of living. I also cannot forget to mention the staff. They were extremely friendly and caring and always made me feel comfortable when I called them for questions (I must have called them more than 10 times). I highly recommend Copper Denton

I recently came to visit Cooper Denton at the suggestion of a friend who knows someone who lives here. I came on a Saturday and met Amy. She was so friendly and was helpful with the whole process from looking at property, application and leasing to my moving in and getting settled in. Everything went smooth and the few minor things I had concerns about were addressed immediately. The office staff as well as Maintenace team have been great. The apartment is large and very nice, newly remodeled ...
and very quiet. The neighbors are kind and respectful. The grounds with all trees are absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Would 100 percent recommend. Everyone is so friendly!!
