    Good place to live, rents a little high but it's high everywhere in Charleston. Had a pest problem that took a few weeks to fix other than that place has been great.

    Don’t be fooled by the pretty buildings. Living here was a headache thanks to management’s incompetence and disregard for residents. • Passive-Aggressive Emails: Management just forwards every petty neighbor complaint instead of helping residents. Expect drama and surveillance, not support. • Shady Billing: I paid my final bill twice, then got hit with another charge. Multiple emails for an explanation—no response. • Fake Amenities: Valet trash is only usable after 6pm and must be gone by ...
    morning. If you don’t work 9-to-5, it’s useless. • Air Filter Locked Away: Only maintenance can access it. They changed it once, then left my door unlocked with the master key in the lock. • Constant Disruptions: Fire alarms, pressure washing, air filter changes—always on their schedule, not yours. • Awkward Forced Social Events: Management loves “community” events that feel more like a desperate frat party than anything meaningful. • Petty Neighbors, Enabled: The building is full of busybodies, and management creates an unwelcoming vibe. • Neglected Property: I was literally chased by a wild raccoon down my passageway. Bottom line: Surface-level luxury, real stress. Management ignored every warning. Save yourself the frustration—look elsewhere.

    My experience has been great. I love it here. Wish it was a little cheaper to live here, but the place is nice. My upstairs neighbor was loud, but it wasn't horrible when they got softer shoes to wear.

    Everyone seems so friendly! They wave & answer questions! Is there a way to be informed of social events? Parking seems to be an issue, I got home late Sunday and there was no place to park near my unit.

    Just moved in and it wasn’t cleaned. Ice maker is broken and tub drains are clogged. All the pool lounge chairs are broken. Disappointed with how the apartment was not move in ready the day my lease began. Maintenance came and ice maker still is broken

    Move in easy. Staff helpful. Would recommend this community 100%. Clean and friendly. Amenities very nice. Structures not typical to standard apartments. More like a condo community.

    There are so many new complexes in the area that people always want to move to. I find the important aspects of this community are very good. The floor plans, the pool, the gym etc. are just as good. New Wi-Fi and TV will be welcomed.
