About Copeland Crossing Apartments
A large fully applianced kitchen with a gas stove, built in microwave with an internal vent, dishwasher, oven, garbage disposal, ice maker in the fridge and lots of cabinet space. The open space floor plan opens into a large dining room and family room combination. The private balcony opens to the back towards the woods. There is a stacked laundry unit in each apartment and also two full bathrooms one is a tub/shower combo and the other a stand up shower. All the counters are granite and the apartment has individual boilers with central heat (humidified) and a central a/c system. Top of the line highly efficient Anderson windows which keep the heat in during the winter and the heat out during the summer!

Solid place to live - centrally located
December 2, 2025Currently a tenant here, and I enjoy it. My main issue is the price. However, it's Massachusetts, and everything is expensive - we are in one of the most expensive states to live in. Considering the square footage, price, and adjacency to a train station, you get a pretty good deal. There's a nice outdoor space by building C where you can walk your dog. And it's a 12-minute walk to the Mansfield Train station, there's even a bus that drives directly to the Logan airport. The property is very ...centrally located and close to the highway while being behind trees, so you get the convenience of being close to major streets without all the noise. The maintenance people are very reliable here; someone was always over in under 24 hours. I had a minor emergency (locked myself out like an idiot), and Fawaad was there in under an hour to let me back in. I am under the impression that all the units are the same layout - if that's the case, then you will be pleasantly surprised with how much natural light each room gets!
