Dirty and smelly.
February 2, 2024These apartments are terrible. The old mangers would keep it clean with no worries. I believe they feel like sending an email without doing anything will fix the complaints.Property Manager Responded

Disgusting Apartments.
April 30, 2023My car and all of my neighbor’s cars have been towed since there is absolutely no parking available here. We pay the rent to live here, yet there is no parking available to us, and we get punished for it. They expect you to pay the roofed parking which is also completely full too, so there really is no winning with this filthy complex. There are also severe foundation issues. My patio door can no longer close properly and my front door is beginning to have issues locking unless I push it in ...extremely hard. There are also no elevators, valet trash (which is non-optional) comes when they feel like it, and the gates are open half the time. Awesome! (not)Property Manager Responded
