Not worth the amount demanded
September 27, 2023Once I paid the application and admin fees for the unit I wanted at my price range, magically it has some emergency maintenance that they cannot give me an estimate for when it will be complete and the only units available was significantly higher priced. Full move in costs are not given to you until the application, admin, and holding fees have been paid.Review from Apartments.com

This place is disgusting the roach infestation is unbearable no matter how clean or how many products you use IT DOES NOT STOP! And no one seems to care absolutely not the managers or staff !! They keep brushing it off like if I don’t pay rent every month. There’s roaches inside our plates on our bed and literally everywhere !Review from Apartments.com

March 2, 2022Very dirty no matter how much you clean. Neighbors leave trash everywhere. They typically pile garbage on top of each other outside of the building. You will be killing roaches every night no matter how clean your apartment is. Staff if pleasant but terrible with answering the phone so you must visit in person.Review from Apartments.com

The leasing office never answers their phones or communicate with you. It’s just like once you’re moved in you’re kind of left on your own.
