Walls are thick so I don't hear my neighbors too much. August 5, 2024I only have one complaint. It isn't about the units, amenities, or the staff. They are all 10/10. The Nightmare here is the parking. Only the covered spots are assigned and everything else is first come first serve. Only 1 covered spot may be purchased per unit, and I'm certain others are ignoring the "1 uncovered spot per resident" rule because you can't get anything but guest parking after 7pm. If they marked and assigned uncovered spots, I'm sure they would have no issues catching those who ...break the rules, but I've only ever seen cars towed from covered spots.Property Manager Responded
