April 14, 2025Very tidy and cute place. Love all the staff I've interacted with so far and the apartment is perfect for what I needed at a decent price. Walls are thick so I don't hear my neighbors too much. My cat loves the patio too :) My one and only complaint is that there's always police parked outside and it is a little strange.Property Manager Responded

October 15, 2024The apartments inside are nice. However, the surrounding is dirty and overall unsafe. People are constantly allowed to smoke pot and loiter around the parking lot blasting music while urinating. The 'security' won't help.Property Manager Responded

August 5, 2024I only have one complaint. It isn't about the units, amenities, or the staff. They are all 10/10. The Nightmare here is the parking. Only the covered spots are assigned and everything else is first come first serve. Only 1 covered spot may be purchased per unit, and I'm certain others are ignoring the "1 uncovered spot per resident" rule because you can't get anything but guest parking after 7pm. If they marked and assigned uncovered spots, I'm sure they would have no issues catching those who ...break the rules, but I've only ever seen cars towed from covered spots.Property Manager Responded
