Refrigerator My refrigerator was making a loud noise. After I turned in the request it stopped. Then later it started again and then stopped. Maintenance came by later that evening and figured out the problem. I love they kept working to resolve the problem.

Hidden Gem I moved in here in May 2023 and I’ve lived here since! What’s not to love. The groundskeepers are so nice and helpful beyond their duty, helpful and fast office staff when you need assistance, the property is beautiful from the pool to dog park. I feel so safe here as well having a young child. It’s family friendly and quiet.

Still a nice place to live Unfortunately rent keeps going up along with everything else while my paycheck stays the same. Just a slow bleed. Hopefully we can get some reprieve next year or it’ll be time to move. Been here over 4 years now so I hope I can make it even longer but we will see come next year.

Maintenance is quick because they live onsite, and responsive, neighbors are nice, and trash is picked up almost every couple of days. No outrageous fees, and the property manager and office staff are quick to answer questions and are very polite. Had an issue with very noisy neighbors which was dealt with the following week.
24 hour gym is well kept by the residents, and the parking lot is reasonably well kept. The grounds look good as well.
As far as our apartment, when you move into someone ...
else's place, you're gonna have issues, and some stuff still hasn't been addressed but we're not pressed.
Good apartment at a cheap price with good maintenance is hard to come by but you will get that here.

Toured with Taylor, and am getting a 3rd floor with a balcony. As far as everything goes, this is the best deal in the Wichita area. There's so much closet and storage space even without a garage. The place is kept reasonably tidy, and it's not loud or smelly. The apartment is also within reasonable distance of a lot of restaurants and stores. It's proximity to K96 is superb.
One thing that sticks out is how punctual maintenance is. Seems to be a very good quality.

Nothing really stands out as good for this place. Dog poop everywhere, aggressive/restricted dog breeds, and dogs not on a leash. The biggest issue with this apartment is how fast all the people drive through the roads... my girlfriend and I have almost been hit multiple times going on walk! And there are 0 speed bumps so people drive as fast as they want. One of these days someone is going to be hurt because of this. Just not worth it in my opinion.
