One of the worst places I've lived

The management, the maintenance, the upkeep is nothing short of a disaster. We have had rodent infestations and they did nothing about it. They have mold in several units and they have done nothing about it. And they will intentionally avoid inspecting various units because they know how bad they are. For your safety and health, avoid it at all costs.

Between water shut offs, roaches & disrespectful staff & management I haven't lived anywhere worse. Lived here during the winter storm and they had zero communications and if you got upset or annoyed you were met with friends & family of the office staffing attacking you. If things break you cannot count on the complex to fix it or acknowledge it. Would give zero stars if possible.

Water is shut off at the minimum once a week, and since the Texas storm, many apartments have been torn apart and 2 months later nothing has been fixed. Meanwhile they are repairing the vacant apartments to sell to you at a deeply overpriced rate!!

The plumbing has been off for 8 days now to the entire complex. When you call the office to speak to management, they are really rude. Her exact words to address my concerns were “I don’t have to answer any of your questions, and if you don’t like it, you’re more than welcome to find somewhere else to live”

I turned in an app and the next day got an email with all my stuff set up. I was so excited bc I really wanted to live here and when I called to get all the information for my utilities; I was told it declined me bc of an old rental I wasn't aware of from 4 plus yrs ago! How misleading! Then I went back to get my deposit and they had cashed it already. Now, I have to wait for the corporate office to mail me a check. Seeing as how I'm trying to find a place to live...I really needed that ...
money back. Very, very, frustrated!! I just felt it was very unprofessional to mislead with the online set up. Had move in date, prorated rent..like I had been approved and then the deposit being cashed. Ugh...

disappointed, maintenance work is never done in a timely fashion. the dumpsters are always flowing over with trash furniture mattresses etc, the parking lot is full of holes and oh yea for all this great service our rent is going up
