Management here is extremely helpful and welcoming. Ive been here over ten years. Any issue I've had has been resolved immediately. The stairs and parking lots have bee fixed along with both gates. Maintenance quickly respond to repair or replace anything needed.

I've been here 3 yrs officially next month . And I have No complaints about this complex . You put in a maintenence oder and they come right away especially for a emergency situation which had a water heater broke....I had plumbers here til after midnight working . They do their job here.

Copper Hills is my first apartment and not bad in that case. However, management is awful. When you have a concern they will hang up on you in the middle of your sentence. There’s still repairs in my apartment that need to be made that I have put in a maintenance request years ago for. They will only do something if you threaten to abate your rent.
