August 21, 2024When applying, we were told the apartment had central A/C. However, nobody informed us that the unit's A/C was not working until we turned in the "Inventory and Condition" form AFTER my elderly mother moved in. On 8/5/2024, the office told us that the A/C would be fixed in approx. 2 weeks; it is over 2 weeks later and nothing has been done to repair the A/C. The apartment was also filthy when my mother moved in. The bathroom and kitchen sinks have mold and water-damage, and there's only a ...baseboard to try to mask the damage. The bedroom window had a broken lock/latch, and the living room window screens were badly damaged. There are also cockroaches seen in the apartment daily.Property Manager Responded
