They are overpriced!!! The apartments are small and the carpet is dirty. Don’t waste your time even looking into moving here it is not worth it.

Horrible experience so far. I was told unit would have a washer/ dryer and management will not follow through with what I was told. They tow cars every night for various reasons. I don’t feel welcome or comfortable here at all.

I have really enjoyed my stay here at Copper. The ladies in the office are so welcoming and the Mantianence staff responds so quickly. I also love how my wifi/cable and pest control were included and the water and electricity is included.

The buildings are falling apart. The windows in my apartment leak anytime it rains, they have had to block off stair wells because the supports were rotten. They don't fix anything. Their so called "maintenance man" literally just added caulking to my windows to "fix" the problem. But they still leak because, as I've told them before, the siding of the building is rotted. Their fix to every issue is to paint over the problem. Do not rent here!

If you’re having a conversation on your patio, you can guarantee your up/downstairs neighbors can hear you from inside their apartment. Also disliked that whenever the neighbor would smoke inside it would come through the vents & smell our apartment.

It’s an alright apt. Location sucks. Lots of LOUD cars speed through that street. Would always scare & wake my baby even myself at times. Also it’s a route that police & ambulance take so youll always be hearing the sirens.

Pictures on the sites and on here doesn’t look like what I saw. But it is a Nice little area behind restaurants. It’s an easy route to take to the highway.

After moving from Killeen to the Fort Hood area, I soon realized there were not many options for apartments. However after running around and looking for quite some time, and dealing with everything from shady management to poorly remodeled units, I ran across Copper Mountain Apartments. (The main reason I in fact ran into them was because the apartments across the street took an extended lunch by almost an hour!) As soon as I walked in, I was genuinely greeted by who are now my favorite office ...
assistants. Anytime I have ever needed assistance with anything while using their computer lab, they never hesitated. The maintenance request orders were always put in and completed not only on time, but properly as well. While taking a look at my remodeled unit, I fell in love almost immediately. All brand new black appliances, granite-style counter tops, big bathroom mirrors, and a cozy color scheme. The management team clearly has a good system in place, values their residents, and can accommodate anyone looking to live in comfort.
