Apartments are nice need to do better with pest control. Parking sucks unless you get a carport. No storage on the patio, makes you have to rent a garage if you can't store in the apartment. Homeless people always dumpster diving.

The complex is quiet and really great location to many stores and restaurants. Only problem is that I wish that the front office could do a little better on the noise fellow residents make. I understand we live on the first floor and we will hear noise. But it's unbearable.
