July 30, 2025We’ve been here going on five years now. The management here does everything in their power to keep the property well-maintained. And they respond to work orders fairly quick. But of course you wanna do your best as a renter to keep your unit the cleanest and well maintained as possible. Of course accidents will happen. And they’re very respectful of your privacy. July 26, 2025Really quiet neighborhood. So far everyone has been really nice. Staff is great and maintenance always does work orders on a timely manner. All stores are close to the complex. Any time I've had a question or needed maintenance, they've responded quickly and taken care of everything efficiently. The apartment itself is well-maintained and comfortable. It's in a convenient location, close to everything I need, but still quiet and peaceful. The amenities, like the gym and communal areas, are always clean and accessible.
