September 15, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comDirty run down apartments run by a terrible management company in a high crime area. Let me give you the highlights of our first week. Day 1 we show up and the management company had forgotten to have our apartment cleaned after the last tenants moved out. Day 3 our Motorcycle was stolen. Day 7 the stairs leading up to our second story apartment collapsed under me while I was carrying my son! I could go on, but I hope you find a better place to live.

Drugs and shady people with no security. unprofessional management, children left unaccompanied everywhere farting between cars throwing rocks at windows of apartments; No one follows directions in the parking lots driving all different ways and speeding like crazy. The washers in the community laundry smell horrible and eat your money. This whole place could use a remodel, wood ...balconies chipped and with splinters sticking up everywhere, appliances are outdated. Water pressure is awful, insulation is lacking every noise comes thru from other apartments, a/c sucked out thru windows and doors due to lack of insulation. Over all just don’t waste your money. Find somewhere better.Read More

June 22, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comThis place sucks! Outdated and overpriced. They won't return your deposit even if you leave the place spotless. The pool was always closed for "maintenance". Kids are allowed to roam the parking lots unsupervised and cars were burgled and damaged while I lived there. It changed management while I lived there and this was not an improvement. I'd suggest looking elsewhere

I will never tell anyone to live thier.i I have been here for 8 mos. no one has come and fix nothing when you do a walk threw before you move in. WHAT'S UP WITH THIS

June 5, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comTravel nurse signed 6 month lease. Gave 60 days notice of move out. Loved the place (fully furnished #914) so much I told them not to worry about cleaning the carpet. Time to get my deposit back and they decide it needs to go for cleaning the carpet. The apartment was beautiful when I took it, and even more so when I left. Sad when the management blames corporate. I was NEVER late on my payments yet, I guess they need my $ more than I do. The new manager blames the fact she wasn't there when I ...moved in...not sure how that is my fault. If you're still reading..it's a great place. Maint guys are AMAZING. But don't expect your deposit back.Read More
Screwed over bad
November 9, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comWhen we had an apt. Fire in our building, the whole building was red tagged. Everyone had to get motel rooms for the night...they promised they would refund me if I showed them the motel receipt, which I did..now over a year later they are still refusing to refund that stay. Also when I moved out, joey, a maintenance man and I did a final walk through, he said everything looked fine..over year later, still waiting to get security deposit back. Plus no stains or let damage. I totally regret living ...here, lies all lies!!!Read More

There big grass yard for children to play, beautiful pool, and two play grounds. Always a quiet place, neighbors all seem very friendly. Great place for new couples or even a smaller family! LOVE IT HERE
