August 26, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThe old management was wonderful and competent, making this a great place to live. However, the new management has caused this place to go downhill. Many residents are unhappy due to increase in rent, closing of facilities, lack of cleanliness, and general laziness of the office staff. Would not recommend.

The large windows create an open and airy feeling, and with all of the amenities, you really do feel like you are living in a luxury resort. And, since they are brand new, everything is in pristine condition! The location can't be beat, with every convenience right outside your door. There are all kinds of restaurants, banks, grocery stores, ...pharmacies, and shopping, and you are only 20 minutes from downtown KCMO. On top of all of this, the staff is out of this world! They really go the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy and feels part of the community.Read More

Myself and the babies moved this month and I feel right at home, we have a great view of the City and Downtown from our living room and a forest view from our bedroom! It's clear that every detail was cared for in the design and building, from the fixtures to the layout. The office staff is super nice. I don't think I've ever experienced this level professionalism and service in property management before, which is really nice. The maintenance staff is also extremely nice and efficient. The amenities also surpass anything I've seen in other ...properties" the gym looks like a mini Planet Fitness and the pool area is sweet with a lounging area and a built-in grill.
