August 26, 2020The old management was wonderful and competent, making this a great place to live. However, the new management has caused this place to go downhill. Many residents are unhappy due to increase in rent, closing of facilities, lack of cleanliness, and general laziness of the office staff. Would not recommend.Review from Apartments.com

January 23, 2019I tend to move around a lot, but I don't ever want to leave Copper Ridge! The layouts are spacious, and the finishing touches are really high end. The large windows create an open and airy feeling, and with all of the amenities, you really do feel like you are living in a luxury resort. And, since they are brand new, everything is in pristine condition! The location can't be beat, with every convenience right outside your door. There are all kinds of restaurants, banks, grocery stores, ...pharmacies, and shopping, and you are only 20 minutes from downtown KCMO. On top of all of this, the staff is out of this world! January 23, 2019Our family moved from California to Missouri for my husband's job and change of scenery. My husband visited prior to leaving to check out apartments and he said this place is perfect for us and I took his word for it. Myself and the babies moved this month and I feel right at home, we have a great view of the City and Downtown from our living room and a forest view from our bedroom! Our layout is awesome and all the finishes are beautiful! Plus we are down the street from everything you would ...ever need; grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and GREAT schools!! January 20, 2019I moved in at the end of July and have been really happy here. The property is really nice, well maintained, and spacious. It's clear that every detail was cared for in the design and building, from the fixtures to the layout. The office staff is super nice. I don't think I've ever experienced this level professionalism and service in property management before, which is really nice. The maintenance staff is also extremely nice and efficient. The amenities also surpass anything I've seen in other ...properties" the gym looks like a mini Planet Fitness and the pool area is sweet with a lounging area and a built-in grill.
