The old management was wonderful and competent, making this a great place to live. However, the new management has caused this place to go downhill. Many residents are unhappy due to increase in rent, closing of facilities, lack of cleanliness, and general laziness of the office staff. Would not recommend.

Moved to Missouri at the end of August 2018 the staff made the move so easy and they are so unbelievably welcoming. The trash valet is one of the best features and the pool is incredible. Highly recommend!

I tend to move around a lot, but I don't ever want to leave Copper Ridge! The layouts are spacious, and the finishing touches are really high end. The large windows create an open and airy feeling, and with all of the amenities, you really do feel like you are living in a luxury resort. And, since they are brand new, everything is in pristine condition!
The location can't be beat, with every convenience right outside your door. There are all kinds of restaurants, banks, grocery stores, ...
pharmacies, and shopping, and you are only 20 minutes from downtown KCMO. On top of all of this, the staff is out of this world! They really go the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy and feels part of the community.
