New management issues

The old management was wonderful and competent, making this a great place to live. However, the new management has caused this place to go downhill. Many residents are unhappy due to increase in rent, closing of facilities, lack of cleanliness, and general laziness of the office staff. Would not recommend.

Moved to Missouri at the end of August 2018 the staff made the move so easy and they are so unbelievably welcoming. The trash valet is one of the best features and the pool is incredible. Highly recommend!

I tend to move around a lot, but I don't ever want to leave Copper Ridge! The layouts are spacious, and the finishing touches are really high end. The large windows create an open and airy feeling, and with all of the amenities, you really do feel like you are living in a luxury resort. I am so pleased with not only the apartment, but the helpful and friendly staff. They have gone above and beyond helping to make the transition as smooth as possible. They continue to communicate as I have packages delivered, even helping to bring them up to my apartment. Absolutely fabulous care!!!!
