March 11, 2021I have lived here for a couple months now and absolutely love it! The staff is extremely helpful and quick with answering any questions I have. It is a quick and easy commute to work. It also has a hospital, school, plenty of grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants within walking distance. Most importantly they are pet friendly ;) If you are looking for your next apartment 10 out of 10 would recommend!!Property Manager Responded

Great Family place
August 23, 2019I am blessed to raise my family here. My kids enjoy the nice fenced playground with Slides and a swimming pool. We host family events in the community center. Well equipped free gym. Family movie nights and cookouts keep the community closely knit. Maintainance requests are fulfilled in 48 hours and office very responsive to tenant needs.Review from Apartments.com

July 28, 2015I have lived here since these apartments opened and I love them! I have been the only one that lives in my unit, so that is nice. They are in a newer neighborhood which makes me feel safe. If you need maintenance (even just a light bulb in a ceiling fan switched out), they will take care of it right away. Management has always been helpful. For a very reasonable price, I get a stylish apartment with an open layout that I am not embarrassed to invite people over to!Review from Apartments.com

July 28, 2015I've lived at the Copper Ridge Apartments for a year and a half now. The apartments themselves are pretty nice. Newer construction, full sized washer and dryer, dishwasher, nice layouts. There's a nice pool area and a playground for kids. The downsides to the complex are that the walls are kind of thin. I live on the first floor and can hear the upstairs neighbors pretty loudly. And the parking is less than great. Sometimes it takes a while to find a spot if you get home late at night. They do ...offer garages and carports, so that helps. The managment is strict so that keeps things looking nice and things pretty mellow. But they are also very rude and sometimes act as if youre bothering them if you have a question or concern.
