After living here for six years, we experienced firsthand how this company operates. While most maintenance requests were handled professionally, any issues requiring management involvement became an exercise in frustration. Even minor concerns were met with delays, conflicting information, and endless runarounds. We were routinely passed from one staff member to another without anyone providing meaningful solutions.

customer service. Instead, simple issues often became unnecessarily difficult to resolve. Based on our experience, we would strongly discourage others from signing a lease with this company.
