November 15, 2025I’ve had a wonderful experience living at this apartment community. The staff is consistently professional, kind, and quick to help with anything that comes up. My unit is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space and a layout that really works for day-to-day living. The community is always clean and peaceful, and I feel safe walking around at any time of day. Parking is easy, and the neighbors have all been respectful and friendly. October 7, 2025Copperfield has some nice amenities including the workout room, pool, and dog park. The apartments are spacious, updated, and have nice appliances! The maintenance guys are always nice and the front office staff has always been very friendly. The complex has the potential to be really nice but other residents do not take care of it as they should. People are always dumping furniture, trash, and boxes outside of the dumpster area which makes it look very trashy. Have had a few issues with the ...companies that Copperfield contracts out so I do wish they would find better companies to use.Property Manager Responded

Good place for live
October 6, 2025The apartments are spacious and very beautiful. Ámbar from the office is such a lovely person and always has a friendly attitude when helping with any questions. Fussy About All the Wrong Things
January 14, 2024Its a place to live but management constantly nags about everything and expects tenants to shoulder all the responsibility of doing their job as of meeting a rising rate wasn't enough. I mean you have a security gate that hardly ever works. Constant emails about garbage not being discarded properly but really it's a matter of management investing in a contractor who picks up garbage consistently and in a timely manner. Tenants ar great and friendly and do their best to keep the areas clean. But ...the tenants are blamed for management's incompetence or lack of concern. Instead of worrying about towing cars of paying tenants fix the security gate. Instead of worrying about a cup being left by the pool, invest in a contractor that picks garbage up when they say they will. Instead of worrying about lost dogs how about salting the parking lot and walkways so tenants safety can be assured.Property Manager Responded
