Fussy About All the Wrong Things
January 14, 2024Its a place to live but management constantly nags about everything and expects tenants to shoulder all the responsibility of doing their job as of meeting a rising rate wasn't enough. I mean you have a security gate that hardly ever works. Constant emails about garbage not being discarded properly but really it's a matter of management investing in a contractor who picks up garbage consistently and in a timely manner. Tenants ar great and friendly and do their best to keep the areas clean. But ...the tenants are blamed for management's incompetence or lack of concern. Instead of worrying about towing cars of paying tenants fix the security gate. Instead of worrying about a cup being left by the pool, invest in a contractor that picks garbage up when they say they will. Instead of worrying about lost dogs how about salting the parking lot and walkways so tenants safety can be assured.Property Manager Responded

Living at this community has been peaceful. The amenities are convenient and well kept. The staff in the office and the staff on the maintenance team are all extremely helpful. They go above and beyond. The location of the property is amazing. You will not have to go far for anything.
