While most maintenance requests were handled professionally, any issues requiring management involvement became an exercise in frustration. Even minor concerns were met with delays, conflicting information, and endless runarounds. We were routinely passed from one staff member to another without anyone providing meaningful solutions. As long-term residents, we expected better communication, accountability, and ...customer service. Instead, simple issues often became unnecessarily difficult to resolve. The maintenance guys are always nice and the front office staff has always been very friendly. The complex has the potential to be really nice but other residents do not take care of it as they should. People are always dumping furniture, trash, and boxes outside of the dumpster area which makes it look very trashy. Fussy About All the Wrong Things
January 14, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comIts a place to live but management constantly nags about everything and expects tenants to shoulder all the responsibility of doing their job as of meeting a rising rate wasn't enough. I mean you have a security gate that hardly ever works. Constant emails about garbage not being discarded properly but really it's a matter of management investing in a contractor who picks up garbage consistently and in a timely manner. Tenants ar great and friendly and do their best to keep the areas clean. But ...the tenants are blamed for management's incompetence or lack of concern. Instead of worrying about towing cars of paying tenants fix the security gate. Instead of worrying about a cup being left by the pool, invest in a contractor that picks garbage up when they say they will. Instead of worrying about lost dogs how about salting the parking lot and walkways so tenants safety can be assured.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
