The building is situated in a convenient location which makes daily activities like grocery shopping more accessible. Dustin from the leasing team was an integral part in really showcasing the great amenities and aspects of the community and was SUPER kind and informative with all my questions and concerns! Coppins certainly is a beautiful building and offers great amenities (with additional renovations almost near completion), but I also appreciate the kindness and clear line of communication from the leasing team before my move, during my move and after as ...well, particular shout out to Dustin for being so exemplary with me during the process! This community definitely benefits from having someone like him! Coppins is a beautiful, great location, many shops/food places around, safe walking neighborhood, dog-friendly and my one-bedroom is spacious and has lovely big windows with natural light always coming in. I work from home and living here has been a game-changer in my WFH routine! I would recommend Coppins to anyone seeking a quiet haven still being amongst the hustle and bustle of the city, with great amenities (rooftop, gym, lounge, dog areas on the roof and ground level) and surrounded by a beautiful walkable neighborhood.Property Manager Responded

Good So Far
January 16, 2023i am a resident at Coppins Well. What sold me was the friendliness of the managers and my leasing agent. I also really like the location, close to whole foods, and restaurants. my apartment is on the 10th floor and i have a great view of the mountains. The renovations are little bit of a headache but i'm excited to see the finished product mostly having working treadmills in the gym.Property Manager Responded
