The building is situated in a convenient location which makes daily activities like grocery shopping more accessible. Dustin from the leasing team was an integral part in really showcasing the great amenities and aspects of the community and was SUPER kind and informative with all my questions and concerns! Coppins certainly is a beautiful building and offers great amenities (with additional renovations almost near completion), but I also appreciate the kindness and clear line of communication from the leasing team before my move, during my move and after as ...well, particular shout out to Dustin for being so exemplary with me during the process! This community definitely benefits from having someone like him! Coppins is a beautiful, great location, many shops/food places around, safe walking neighborhood, dog-friendly and my one-bedroom is spacious and has lovely big windows with natural light always coming in. I work from home and living here has been a game-changer in my WFH routine! I would recommend Coppins to anyone seeking a quiet haven still being amongst the hustle and bustle of the city, with great amenities (rooftop, gym, lounge, dog areas on the roof and ground level) and surrounded by a beautiful walkable neighborhood.Property Manager Responded
