    Finding these apartments has been a dream for us. Great location and clean grounds. The pool is off the chain beautiful, with cabañas and grill spot. The gym has nice equipment for a great workout. Office personnel are super friendly and make everything easy. The maintenance crew informative and quick to repair.     I live at Coquina Bay and have decided to renew my lease for another 15 months, which reflects my overall positive experience. The maintenance team is very efficient and responds quickly to work orders. The property is generally well kept, and the staff is friendly and attentive. On the downside, I have not been able to connect to the Wi-Fi at the pool and gym, and the pool furniture and grill area could be cleaned more often. Overall, I am satisfied with the community and happy to continue ...

    Moving was not what I expected. Appliances did not work properly, apartment was not cleaned prior to move in, door locked were bad and had to be replaced. The staff was nice, and did correct issues, but it took over a week to complete. I felt all should have been fixed before I moved in. Since then things have been good.
