It’s 50% good 50% bad
May 30, 2025I like the quiet the grass naturally arrows the whole apartment s but I also hate that only pet enjoy kids can’t enjoy cause pet owners don’t pick up after there pets and dog will usually bark so loud even try to bite if you walk close … my second reason it’s parking horrible if you come after 5pm you will not fine parking near i had park my car 2 streets away and now with the work on the street it’s worse even 4 streets away Maintenance if it’s something simple like door handle or bathroom ...cloth they do it fast but if its dishwasher I have a week with out dishwasher cause they missing a part they had to order they have like 1000 dishwasher in This property and they not prepared with extra parts wow !! I like the gym and the pool for some reason during the summer get close for days I hope this summer it’s not the sameProperty Manager Responded

Poorly run
March 5, 2025This property is adorable and has great amenities I was so excited to move in. However, it has been a mess since day one. Emails and work orders are just ignored. If you want something fixed prepare to stand around in the leasing office and miss time from work. This is the most poorly run complex I have ever dealt with. No parking spots after 6pm
February 15, 2025Maintenance is really good, they come and fix the problem really quickly. There is a mold problem, it's literally everywhere. Parking is first come first serve and garages are $150 a month if you even get to rent one because of the long waitlist. After 6pm you'll have to park far 5-10 minute walk. Walls are paper thin so I recommend an upstairs unit but be aware neighbors can hear everything. Apartments get really really hot during the summer. There's a gym, pool, basketball and tennis court. ...Laundry rooms are ok, sometimes there's 1/2 machines out of order and you should go get your clothes a couple minutes before it's actually done because I've had people grab my laundry and move it around without consent before (??). Everyone has a dog here, it's nice if you have one they're very welcome. Blinds are not the best for privacy, if you're downstairs everyone walking by can see inside. This spot is ok but definitely not my forever home.Property Manager Responded

Great community!
November 12, 2024Never had any major problems here! some of the reviews are a little ridiculous considering this is apartment living! If you want better parking and other things buy a home! Apartment living does come with some complaints but this place has taken care of little things! The office staff is always helpful, and the property manager has personally came and check an issue I’ve had and made sure it was addressed properly! When we moved in everything was clean; and ready to go! No complaints!Property Manager Responded

Wouldn't Move Here Again
January 4, 2022Unless you want to have your packages stolen constantly don't move here. I just had a $200 textbook stolen from my porch and I have seen mail theft here first hand. The price you pay monthly to live here and not have your own parking spot is not worth it. I have a video of someone hitting my car and the car behind them trying to get out of a parking spot on the street, and that happens all the time. In the laundry room closest to our apartment we had 2 out of 4 washers broken for at least 3 ...months, and management did nothing about it. If prices in San Diego were affordable I would move literally almost anywhere else. Also, the walls are paper thing and I can hear *all* the activities our downstairs neighbors are engaged in. Great Location
July 16, 2021I moved into my new apartment at Coral Bay 2 weeks ago and I have really enjoyed my stay so far. The pool and gym are fantastic! The view of the canyon is beautiful and the location is amazing! I worked with Jayme during my application and move in process, I highly recommend her! Stay Away!!
November 4, 2020Sit down for this! If you don't get any add ons like pet rent, a garage and a parking pass, it is very cheap, but it adds up quick. If budget is your priority and don't mind a hot, small apartment and plenty of noise. 1)Noise-I could hear my neighbor's alarm at 4 am through our shared bedroom wall. Sounds also echos very well from the street and units and you can hear people on the sidewalk and street as if they were in your apartment. So make sure your close your windows if you don't want to ...hear everything as loud. 2) Dishonest Staff- I was roped into signing the lease because I was promised an updated kitchen and new carpet. The one I was given intitally had stained carpet and smelled of cigarettes. The kitchen was not remodeled and the units here are for sure not up to code. Although their webiste lists A/C as a feature, the leasing agent that showed me my new place was surprised that it even was there and said they don't provide A/C at all. 3)Unprofessional- Leasing agents and management are not on the same page, like ever.I was also interrupted and treated very disrespectfully when trying to explain my situation or try to ask any questions. 4) Facilities- The door to the nearest laundry room to my unit had a broken door handle the entire time I was there. On multiple occasions, transient folks would use the facilities (I'm not mad at that, but for the price I paid here, I wasn't too thrilled. Also, there are 2 laundromats within a 10-minute walk in either direction) The "playground area" for kids was just an empty area with mulch. Other samples of how the actual unit was like: The heater in my unit never really turned off all the way, the summer is miserably hot (unit is a noticeably hotter than outside in the summer), the shower always leaked, toilet always ran, heavy condensation on the windows in the winter would leave puddles on the carpet and create mold. Parking is very difficult anytime after 4pm if parking on the street OR even if you have a parking pass. 5) Neighbors- Something is in the air here, I have never been surrounded by so many messy and loud people! Like I mentioned at the beginning, I have lived in a few different apartments around town, and this place was especially wild. Cops are always coming by, loud parties, domestic disputes, fighting dogs, and kids vandalizing public facilities.Property Manager Responded
