September 5, 2025Notice for maintenance around the buildings is put on the doors and not emailed. A paper got destroyed, so I was unaware they would be entering my apartment to spray for bugs. The windows got replaced and I was not given notice until the week before, meaning I had already planned for a friend to visit and it was too late to cancel. I was signed up for a service my first month living here, and when I asked was told I must have done it (I did not) and a week later we were told the complex HAD ...signed everyone up for this. I submitted a maintenance request and didn't hear back for days despite listing it as a high priority. You have to call directly. The trash valet service is not good. The rules are unclear and the staff taking the trash never puts a notice to why trash isn't taken. They skip my apartment or ignore cardboard regularly. The apartment building itself is nice. The unit I have has a good view. 3/5 - good building but frustrating communication with a lack of clarityProperty Manager Responded

August 21, 2025Property management was very friendly, helpful, and communicative the entire application/move-in process. Apartment is very clean with modern appliances, and with a spacious layout. Lots of grass and trees with a small lake in the center provides a pleasant scenic environment. Gym in the office is well equipped with weights and various machines.Property Manager Responded

August 13, 2025My family and I have been living at Coral Club for 2 years now. It has been an excellent experience. We have never had any problems. Management and maintenance are courteous and prompt. The office throws holiday parties and events, even has a free wrapping station and a "snowflake" event where residents can fill out a form for their child and other residents can purchase a gift for the child during Christmas. The pool and fitness center are amazing. They have a dog park, tennis court, valet ...trash, and car wash station too. Neighbors are quiet and very friendly. The apartment itself is beautiful and has a great layout with a lot of natural light. The community also has ample parking and is beautifully manicured. We are proud to call Coral Club our home and we don't plan on moving any time soon.Property Manager Responded

April 30, 2025I recently moved into my new apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, it felt like home. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a welcoming atmosphere. The move-in process was smooth and stress-free, and the management team was incredibly helpful and responsive to all my questions. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful the building is, and my neighbors have been friendly and respectful. ...The amenities are a huge plus—especially the fitness center and rooftop lounge, which offer great spots to unwind. The location is also perfect, with shops, restaurants, and public transit just steps away. Overall, I feel very fortunate to have found this place.
