April 30, 2025I recently moved into my new apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, it felt like home. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a welcoming atmosphere. The move-in process was smooth and stress-free, and the management team was incredibly helpful and responsive to all my questions. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful the building is, and my neighbors have been friendly and respectful. ...The amenities are a huge plus—especially the fitness center and rooftop lounge, which offer great spots to unwind. The location is also perfect, with shops, restaurants, and public transit just steps away. Overall, I feel very fortunate to have found this place. December 29, 2024It was a nice place to live. It should be non smoking. I don’t smoke the person below me does and does it constantly. My apartment smells like an ash tray and during the cooler months, I have a hard time opening my apartment to enjoy the cooler weather because of the disgusting cigarette smoke. And, the same person will randomly holler and scream for no reason at all hours. And I’m told nothing can be done for either.Property Manager Responded
