Rent for a year / life
July 24, 2015The best feature about this apartment is that God helped us when our house burned down in west Phoenix. The apartment is a roof over our heads and I am extremely grateful. But I want to give you an honest review. Basically it was a hotel turned into apartments. It is close to a freeway and fire station. The fire station is not a bad thing except for the sound of the sirens at night. It does have a great pool. Small but great. I have a two bedroom apartment. The rooms are small. The kitchen ...appliances are out dated. It is close to public transportation. It would be nice if they put in awnings since it gets to be about 116 degrees in the summer. When looking for an apartment, look at this one first then look somewhere else.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
