September 10, 2025I took a tour of Coral Vista fell in love and decided to make it my home. The team made it a seamless process. I love how easy it was to get everything completed and move in. Mrs Yvette was amazing and made sure I was ready to go. I even received a gift on my move in date. Run away
March 31, 2024I have been living here for a while and the new management team sucks! They are now requiring us to pay for parking I was shocked so I called the unprofessional office and Stephanie said bottom line I have to pay ! 40 for trash and up to extra 150 for maintenance is ridiculous! The Worst Living Experience
October 1, 2022Coral Vista Luxury Apartment owned by Lincoln Property Company. Weeks after I left the deposit at Coral Vista Luxury Apartments and just prior to my scheduled move in date, I was told that my request of a 2nd floor unit that was agreed upon could no longer be accommodated and the only available unit was on the top floor. This was after two prior scheduled move-in dates that were postponed by management at the property. I finally pulled up behind my moving truck on the scheduled date to find the ...front door locked to the unit and nobody having any keys to get in. I waited with the movers in the parking lot for over an hour for a locksmith to finally show up and break the lock. Upon walking in I found the clothes dryer and the washing machine were completely busted and they both remained that way for over a month as I made repeated calls to the staff. The countertops were dirty in the kitchen and bathroom, there were light switch covers missing including the one in the kitchen located under the kitchen counter adjacent to the faucet. There was white splattered paint all over the grey countertops as well as other dirt and grime inside the uncleaned cabinets. The staff in the office as well as the maintenance workers were extremely rude. There were far too many unprofessional experiences and encounters to list. My final appalling but expected experience with this property managed by Lincoln Property Company is my complete deposit that they kept for the reason of so-called damaged carpet that was cleaner than when I arrived. I lived at Coral Vista just over three years ago and after repeatedly trying to communicate with a combative, immature and unprofessional staff, I wanted to do anything but interact or even think anything of this place which I suppose is why I am finally writing this review that is the very first review I have written in my life.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Major Improvements Needed
May 11, 2017Been living here for 2 years, but after this lease is up I will be moving! The apartments themselves are decent. The worst things about the apartment complex is management and parking! Management stinks…trying to reach anyone on the phone is difficult. If you have an issue it is best to email them and wait for a response because their business hours are during working hours. They don't care about any concerns that you have and their customer service is the worst! If you make a complaint about ...something they find a way to blame you or make an excuse. The maintenance workers are a joke. They turn your a/c down when they come to work in your apartment without putting it back to where it was. They move your furniture and use your towels without your permission. When you complain, they don't know what you are talking about and wonder if you are mistaken with the complaints you are making. The location was convenient for me for work but at this point I can't wait to move. They also have changed the way you pay for your water. It used to be separate from our rent but now it is included and seems to be higher than usual. I wouldn't be surprised if they are charging everyone per building as opposed to by each individual unit. The pool has been emptied and closed and they failed to communicate to the community as to what is taking place. The communication for this community is HORRIBLE! Management and maintenance has a "WHO CARES!" kind of attitude! If you move here, GOOD LUCK! Pray that nothing breaks and you don't have any questions so you can avoid the business office! May 2, 2017Went with my family as we were interested in a 2/1 and a 3/2. The 2/1 we looked at was already occupied BY ROACHES!!! Disgusting as the show gal grabbed one out of the sink. They then inform you of con siege garbage which is a joke and another way to collect extra $$. The process for this unit turned sour as they declined family due to a minor issue with unemployment almost 7 yrs ago! Yes and this was a decorated veteran who got declined BUT they kept the app fee. HORRIBLE. The 3BDRM was occupied ...as well by ROACHES and either fruit flies or fleas. The unit is the smallest I have every seen for a 3/2 and could not handle a small coach. They say your paying for upgraded fixtures but the crap they show is contractor grade items from Lowes. They fancy that they have granite like counters but again this is particle board and in 1 bathroom it was warped. Management lies and did not even have the decency to notify of being declined via phone, rather strung along the process for a week and then on Friday after hours sent a classless email. October 10, 2015I had the opportunity of getting an apartment with coral vista. Not only are they courteous and friendly but the apartment complex is beautiful. My children are happy and the neighborhood is quiet. I pic it and I would recommend this community to EVERYONE!Review from Apartments.com

September 6, 2015The rent,water,sewage is billed differently. They have something called valet trash, but they will only pick up things in bags. Friday and Saturday you have to take out your the trash yourself. You can not opt out of the valet trash. When you call the office no one picks up. You have to leave a message. They have gone through so many different managers here, but the current person actually is very nice. The maintanace work hard to have the outside of the property looking good and not soo much on ...the inside. My apartment and kids equals happy living
August 1, 2015My apartment is just right for my kids and I. I love the area I love the neighborhood, if I could live there as long as possible I would. Its all I could afford but does the job. As long as my kids are safe. Avayah my youngest always says "Daddy" I like ducky in water, (theres a lake in the complex) ducks are always there which are her favorite animals. My complex is also very clean and friendly. Best place ive ever lived in!!!Review from Apartments.com
