I love my carriage house apartment. I love the community. Neighbors are friendly, but mind their business. The maintenance staff is quick to respond. Cheyenne, my leasing agent, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my apartment choice. Even sent me pics of another carriage house while I was at work so I could decide which window view would be best. She is extremely caring and professional..

I stopped by the office when I got off of work. I spoke with the young lady in the office and let her know what’s going on with my apartment. I was not in my apartment not even five minutes before maintenance was at my door to take care of the problem. Speedy response. Love it great people. .

Alta Farms is the best place to live! My favorite place is the gym, it has free weights up to 75lbs and a barbell, as well as anything else you need. Nothing like getting a free latte on the way to work.

Our experience so far has been ok. Expect the noise coming from upstairs. And some pet owners been very irresponsible. They don't pick after their dogs.

This community is pretty amazing. People who work here are much friendly. I’m glad to live here for almost one year.
However, if you would like to move here, please check the Air-Conditioner first to make sure it would not shut down suddenly when you are sleeping.
I met this problem twice in past three weeks. It took five or six days to fix the problem when it happened first time. Then the problem happened again this week. I made a request on Thursday, they told me they would solve the problem ...

Now the outside temperature is 9 Fahrenheit, and the ridiculous thing is the temperature in my room is too low to melt the ice in bottle which I brought from my car last night.
I really appreciate they give me two heater to keep my room warm. But a single heater cannot make room warmer in a 9 Fahrenheit day but the electricity would jump off if you turn on two heaters at the same time, which is annoying me so much.
