May 16, 2024I love my carriage house apartment. I love the community. Neighbors are friendly, but mind their business. The maintenance staff is quick to respond. Cheyenne, my leasing agent, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my apartment choice. Best Place In Antioch

Great place to live!

Check your AC first before moving in your unit
January 21, 2024This community is pretty amazing. People who work here are much friendly. I’m glad to live here for almost one year. However, if you would like to move here, please check the Air-Conditioner first to make sure it would not shut down suddenly when you are sleeping. I met this problem twice in past three weeks. It took five or six days to fix the problem when it happened first time. Then the problem happened again this week. I made a request on Thursday, they told me they would solve the problem ...early next week. Now the outside temperature is 9 Fahrenheit, and the ridiculous thing is the temperature in my room is too low to melt the ice in bottle which I brought from my car last night. I really appreciate they give me two heater to keep my room warm. But a single heater cannot make room warmer in a 9 Fahrenheit day but the electricity would jump off if you turn on two heaters at the same time, which is annoying me so much.Property Manager Responded
