I made lot of complaints because the people on the departments on mine throw their cigarettes in my garden. First, it is supposed this is a place were it is forbidden to smoke. October 27, 2025It’s a beautiful place to live and all the staff, administrative and maintenance are always trying to solve anything you need. However, I noted in the last months that there is a lack of cleaning in the common áreas and also people tha is not respecting the rules.Property Manager Responded

October 20, 2025Living in Cordoba for over 5 years has been a wonderful experience. With it greats facilities, beautiful rooms for gathering, excellent gym, and 2 pools you can enjoy your weekends without move your car. Also I have to mention the great staff.Review from Apartments.com

June 24, 2025Garage exit main door (53rd St.) been bad for months, building rear main door with broken lock since months, Dumpster inside the parking garage with terrible smell using 3 parking spaces. hallways tiles stained, Dry wall structure blocking 3 parking spaces since years. Elevator is always with the cargo cover installed delivering a very awful experience when on the need to use it.Property Manager Responded

May 20, 2025I moved to Cordoba last week but I have been in contact with Dania since early April, and the support was excellent. About the apartments, they look clean and ordered. There is not loud noise. Every fix request was quickly responded. Very nice place to liveProperty Manager Responded
