Really great at first but worse as I stay here longer

The staff was amazing when I first came here and was looking for an apartment. They all knew me by name and were very helpful with finding me an apartment and helping me feel at home. It was really nice being able to move across the country and feel welcomed. Now that its been over 6 months i feel me and my wife have been put on the back burner. We have called and talked about our neighbor playing his music too loud at 1a.m. and they always say they will send someone. No one ever comes. I got an ...
email saying my credit card was rejected on my e-renters insurance. So I went and updated my information and paid my dues immediately. I then got an email from the apartment staff hours later saying that my policy was being cancelled and I needed a new confirmation or I'd lose the apartment. I had to argue with them about what had happened and sent them screen shots and emails saying that nothing had lapsed in my insurance. After a long string of emails they finally agreed that nothing happened to my insurance. I don't feel they take us seriously anymore and the the feeling of being welcomed is gone.
