August 11, 2025I moved from a property close by that I did not have the best experience. Savannah during my tour completely blew every other tour I went on out of the water! July 10, 2025I’ve loved living at the cormac! The location is so convenient to everywhere in the Charleston area. My unit was spacious and facilities were well kept. Maintenance is always quick to attend to issues often the day after I put a request in! I had some difficulty when I first moved in with my key fob. Fire alarm often was annoying and an incident where my car got towed at no fault of my own, but day to day is a great experience.Property Manager Responded

June 10, 2025Cormac Charleston has been such a great place to call home! The apartments are super modern with tons of natural light, and the layout just feels really open and comfortable. The amenities are top-notch—especially the pool, gym, and rooftop spaces. Everything is always clean and well-maintained. The staff here are awesome—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond if anything comes up. I also love how pet-friendly the community is, and the location is perfect for getting around Charleston. Plus, ...they host fun community events. Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, welcoming place in Charleston!Property Manager Responded

May 19, 2025We've lived in 3 different apartment communities in Charleston in the last 4 years and before choosing the Cormac we toured and looked at reviews for every place downtown. The Cormac by far has been the best. The managers and maintenance are responsive and nice. It's fairly quiet. It's kept cleaned. The pool and workout facilities are fantastic!
