Affordable place to live in. If you are looking for a place with a tight budget, this is the place. In this area, you wouldn't be able to find another place for an affordable rent. Studios are very spacious. Very convenient as supermarkets, transportation, restaurants, etc are within walking distance. Building manager is very friendly and quickly responds to issues/concerns.
