In my opinion it's to over priced for it's condition. Biggest problem for our apartment was the ac constantly went out, and the plumbing wasn't that great either. The toilet and shower constantly clogged even without flushing tp or anything else down. Although if you put in a work order they would take care of it in a timely manner. When we first moved in i noticed the air vent had black stuff on it (mold looking stuff) the tub spout couldn't be pressed so I was never able to switch from shower ...
to bath, and the turn table inside the microwave wouldn't rotate. The pool was closed a lot of the time even though it's hours said only closed on Monday. Also people would leave dog poo wherever even tho the facility had stations with bags and trash cans. The dishwasher was okay, worked well enough. Garbage disposal wasn't that great either. The fridge was a solid 9/10 never had any problems and was a decent size for a family of 2. Getting packages delivered to their secure mail box was a pleasant experience never had an issue with a missing package. Although we did constantly get mail from many previous residents in our normal mailbox. Best feature in my opinion was the split water bill. Our water charger was almost always somewhere between $20-$25. When we moved out they charged us a big cleaning fee stating things like dirty air vents in the description even though they were definitely dirtier when we moved in. It wasn't a terrible place to live but I was glad to end my lease.
