Very friendly staff, my move in process was extremely easy and the little things that needed to be fixed when I moved in were done immediately! December 12, 2024Overall, it is good. There are some minor inconveniences like the gyms treadmill making a clicking sound like something is broken. Some more annoying stuff like not having a ceiling fan in the guest bedroom, there for having to use blackout curtains to help keep the room cool. The guest bedroom having a light switch, but no light. The grills look nice, I'm excited to use them. Gym is good, small, but good. Barking dogs are a bit annoying.Property Manager Responded

June 4, 2024We never got an actual tour of our unit and when we were showed a virtual tour, we were told that the unit we would be renting is the same as the virtual tour, which was incorrect. So I had false expectations and when we finally got to see the unit (after signing and given keys) I noticed minor eyesores. Nothing needed to be fixed but more so for aesthetics. For example, the crown molding or top boards are not flush with the walls. Cracks in cabinet moldings in the bathrooms and baseboards not ...flush.Property Manager Responded
