March 10, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI haven't had any maintenance issues as of yet. The property is secluded which is a plus even though it's a side by side unit. Neighbors are wonderful. What's exciting is the events that are being held for the community to share. Oh and I was surprised about the salt buckets with scoops with shovels for the with winter snow for the walkway. April 11, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comManagement will put on the fake friendly act while signing the lease, but let you have an issue and their attitude changes. They are extremely rude and unprofessional people who should not be running a place of business. They can’t even hold a conversation with an unhappy tenant. Their office is kept closed to avoid confrontation. So easy to hang up on an upset tenant and not have to deal with. Just save your time and money and look elsewhere.

I can't give enough thanks and appreciation to Gabriela and her staff. Everyone is courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Great managment really does make a difference in living in rentals!

The Maintenance staff are also quite helpful and quick to respond. I have never had an issue here with pest or rodents, and the property is well maintained. The neighbors are also helpful, friendly and personable. I am very pleased and satisfied being a resident here and hope to be here for years to come.
