Paid the fee ti break my lease because the my began moving nuisance tenants in. The maintenance staff aren’t qualified to perform the task needed to keep this property up to par. I turned in my renters insurance certificate and almost a year later property manager called me saying I never turned it in. I had to screen shot the message along with the attachment. friends and family being their broken down cars here and leave them in guest parking for months. I found silverfish four times in my unit. There were cracks everywhere in the ceilings. The appliances were old, raggedy, and barely worked. I’ve come home to someone parked in my stall. Tenants don’t clean up behind their pets regularly. I caught one neighbor walking away from her dog crap in front of my yard. DONT MOVE HERE!
