My room flooded 5 times and did nothing for months. They dont answer the phone and take weeks to email back. Advertised hot tub as open when I moved in and has never worked. Very lazy. Not worth the money.

I have lived in many apartment complexes, and this one is the absolute best. I am not saying it is flawless, but they make extreme effort to make sure they are continuously improving. I receive quick responses to each of my requests and they have a great sense of community in this complex. We were welcomed upon move in, and find that the staff really makes an effort to connect with their tenants rather than the hospitality ending when the lease is signed. I have been living at Village Green for more than three years and I'm still really happy with my experience. There have been some hiccups with maintenance requests (the online system doesn't always alert the office that a new request was submitted and the landscaping vendor they use is really terrible at maintaining shrubbery and the fountain closest to my unit), but overall I've found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the community has all the amenities I need to feel at home. My in-unit ...
washer, dryer, and microwave as well as my assigned car port are all really important features to me, and the rent is competitive with other similar communities in the metro Detroit area. The A3 floor plan is also the perfect size for a single adult. I don't know how much longer I'll be living here because of the ongoing traffic/construction issue in Troy + getting a new job further away, but if/when I leave it certainly won't be because the community was lacking.

I have been living here for about 4 months now and I love it here. The staff members are all so friendly and welcoming. They make sure to help in anyway possible. I got hurt early one morning and needed someone to get into my apartment to get me to the doctor while the leasing office was closed. The leasing manager got up at 6 in the morning to let them in and then went out of her way to get me a " Get Well Soon" card and Starbucks gift card. If I have a maintenance issue, it is taken care of ...
the same day. Another great thing is they take time to get to know you as a resident and they constantly have events to meet other residents. For someone new to Michigan, I definitely recommend. Overall, it has been a great experience and they deserve the 5 stars!

I moved in to this complex earlier this year and I am 100% happy with my decision to do so! The staff is friendly, the cost is affordable, and it is convenient to many things in the area (I-75, stores, other areas, etc.). Not being from this state I had no clue where to begin, and the staff at this complex made it an easy choice for me. You won't regret your decision to be here. The place is quite, safe, and the setup is great. Never had to fight for parking, etc. I strongly recommend the VG of ...

This place was seriously a great place to live. It's not a huge apartment complex, so the customer service there is fantastic. I worked with Fatima during the entire time of me living there and she was wonderful. She was always able to help me and was very transparent about everything. Also the maintenance crew was extremely responsive and willing to help with anything to make sure my apartment was working well!

I have lived in VG of Troy East for 6 months. The events are great, Ji Soo and Katie were very friendly, and Elena and Gabriel are very friendly too. I'm very glad they take the time to organize the monthly events. It's always good to spend time and talk with the neighbors to have a more friendly environment and have a good time.
