I have had an amazing experience at Cortland Addison Circle! The team is so genuine, helpful, and responsive. From my tour, to move in, to now being a resident, this team has made me feel valued and appreciated! When moving in there were a few small maintenance requests I had and they addressed it so quickly! I absolutely love my apartment. The finishes are beautiful and the layout is very spacious! The pool and gym are also amazing! I really appreciate the valet trash service as well as the ...
parcel lockers! The location is also ideal! You are right by everything in the Addison circle but with it being slightly down the street from some restaurants and bars, I find Cortland to be a bit more quiet and private. This complex is also very safe and it is such a relief to have plenty of covered parking which I do know can be an issue at other complexes! Cannot recommend Cortland Addison Circle enough!

I’m writing this review because honestly I love my place the views from my window are trees and parks and I enjoy this the most. I spoke with one of the managers recently about my account and what took forever before was fixed that day. No complaints from me!

It’s sad, this was a very nice complex when we lived here before. The security worked, the garage gate worked, the bathrooms did not have black mold, and the pool areas really looked like the Website. I can’t afford to move, I wish they would clean and fix things.
