Specifically, I want to give a huge shout-out to Ben. He does an excellent job and is always professional and friendly. Every time I submit a maintenance request, his response time is remarkably fast. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure things are fixed correctly the first time. It’s a huge relief ...knowing that if an issue pops up, Ben will have it handled quickly and efficiently. From the application process to the approval, the move-in and how things were handled that arose — I don’t have a single complaint about our Cortland experience. Anything that I mentioned, they fixed or addressed it. Our unit is well insulated. Our energy costs are half of what they were at our other apartment and just dusting I can tell you that the HVAC ...in this place is so much nicer and better kept. April 28, 2025For the cost of rent and the lack of problem solving from broken appliances and filthy apartments to billing issues! We were being charged a late fee on my rent when I had to pay by money order to move in! Not to mention dog hair waxed into the floor and painted within the walls! Also I was charged for a dog that we don’t have and I’m still being charged for the admin fee of $249!
