From the application process to the approval, the move-in and how things were handled that arose — I don’t have a single complaint about our Cortland experience. Anything that I mentioned, they fixed or addressed it. Our unit is well insulated. Our energy costs are half of what they were at our other apartment and just dusting I can tell you that the HVAC ...in this place is so much nicer and better kept. April 28, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comFor the cost of rent and the lack of problem solving from broken appliances and filthy apartments to billing issues! We were being charged a late fee on my rent when I had to pay by money order to move in! Not to mention dog hair waxed into the floor and painted within the walls! Also I was charged for a dog that we don’t have and I’m still being charged for the admin fee of $249! Their is better out there and do not settle for Cortland Avion at Shadow Creek please save yourself the headacheProperty Manager Responded
