I love living here & Cortland!

Ever since Cortland took over, living here has been amazing. Special shout out to the maintenance team. Our A/C went out so they installed a window unit for us while the new A/C was being shipped. They installed it as soon as it was delivered so our apartment was ready for summer. The installation was challenging but they spent the whole day taking care of us. The leasing agents & management team are so friendly & they truly care about the residents here. The ratings here have gone up ...
significantly. Cortland continues to improve the property & the experience of living here. The gym & pool are both great, lots of families live here & it is a SAFE & CLEAN place to live. It truly is a blessing that Cortland took over and brought us an amazing team. Job well done. Thank you.

This is a wonderful place to call home. Office staff is always kind and helpful. From leasing to asst manager and property manager. They are always quick to respond to any questions. I have had a wonderful experience. Maintenance team is also amazing. Any issues always get resolved quickly.
Property is always clean and looks great! By far the best complex I have ever lived at.

We have been living in the Heights of Benbrook for a little over 3 years and truly love our community. Everything is clean and well kept. If there is any issue inside the apartment it gets taken care of quickly. The staff are kind and polite.

I came in and was so pleased with the energy and how the staff enter acted with me
I felt welcome and home
The units them self yes I felt like it was what I been in search of and felt like they had a beautiful character feeling you have to see I like the stone exterior on a whole community
And the inside is so cozy and cute and really could take a vacant or the model omg I love how they laid out the model and the furniture
