This place is faux luxury with many issues and HORRIBLE management that can not be reached EVER and is constantly having different managers that treat you poorly. Would not recommend anyone move here.

Truly enjoy living here. The boutique resort style vibe is for real! Beautifully maintained. Our apartment was flawless when we moved in. Management is professional and personable and are doing a great job! Biltmore location is a HUGE plus!

I've really enjoyed living here at Biltmore Place (been here since it was Park 28). However, recently Cortland has made some really terrible decisions that do not make me feel appreciated as a resident. I'm not confident in the continued speaking trend of dissatisfaction with every decision Cortland makes - whether it's a new remodel, pest infestation, contractors cutting tile near the pool, lack of sound proofing between apartments (the list continues). It's concerning to the degree that it ...
will impact my decision for renewal. I would like to stay in the community, but some changes would need to be addressed with respect to current living situation.

Cortland Biltmore place is such and amazing place to live. The staff is very respectful and nice and take very good care of you. I had taken a tour early in the morning and moved in that same night. The lady who helped me still messaged me after hours that day to make sure I was all settled in and answered all my question about gate codes, amenities, and paperwork. Such an amazing staff and location.
