August 4, 2021I've really enjoyed living here at Biltmore Place (been here since it was Park 28). However, recently Cortland has made some really terrible decisions that do not make me feel appreciated as a resident. I'm not confident in the continued speaking trend of dissatisfaction with every decision Cortland makes - whether it's a new remodel, pest infestation, contractors cutting tile near the pool, lack of sound proofing between apartments (the list continues). It's concerning to the degree that it ...will impact my decision for renewal. I had taken a tour early in the morning and moved in that same night.
