The severe lack of professionalism displayed in each encounter from the office staff and maintenance team is really disappointing and unreal! Beware, this complex has really gone down, I would not recommend living here, 1 star rating for resident experience.

My apartment is nice and I have a view of the mountains that I love, but the building itself is very dirty. I have lived here for almost 2 years and before it was not like it is now, pet waste everywhere and the common areas are very dirty. In addition to the fact that there is no security, there are people who come in from outside and use the common areas without anyone telling them anything.

I have lived at Cortland Biltmore Place for over three years now. The apartments are beautiful and the location is one of the best in the area. There are amazing amenities around the complex that are always kept clean and tidy (pool, hot tub, gym, business center, parking lot area). It’s honestly a great place to be. Quiet, nice neighbors, access to the pool and gym. I also love how a lot of people use the grills during the summer, keeps your house cool while having a warm cooked meal. Maintenance is also kind and responsive. 10/10
