March 2, 2026This place is cool, it’s about the best you can ask for when regarding Austin apartments. The front desk can be absolutely ridiculous though. They’ll tell you one thing, then next day it’s something else. If they say they saved the documents to your resident account, do not believe them because they will ask for the same document in a month or so. August 7, 2025Desde que viene a visitar esta comunidad, me encanto el trato de Viri, desde el inicio nos ayudo mucho y cuando decidimos aplicar y fuimos aprobados ella y Faby siempre estuvieron al tanto de nuestras necesidades. Pones un request y el equipo de mantenimiento viene enseguida, en mi caso me ha tocado casi siempre un señor cubano q no recuerdo su nombre pero es super genial, rapido y te ayuda en todo. Beautiful property with many amenities
July 9, 2025The apartment complex is in a good location with easy access to IH35. Lots of shopping, eateries, convenient stores, medical centers and an HEB grocery store a couple blocks away. I moved here when it first opened in 2016 and have enjoyed living here. The management and staff is very helpful and available for assistance. Viridiana, the Community Manager, is incredible and always helped me when need. The maintenance team is always efficient, maintains a beautiful property and kind as well. The ...property has many amenities -- 24 hour gym, package lockers, gorgeous sparking olympic size pool, outside grills, dog park and a community center. The main concern at this complex is parking. Finding a parking spot is difficult if you work late nights. You have to park in the dog park down the hill by IH35 and walk to the complex. Best to get home by 10pm to get a parking spot. They do offer car garages or carports for an additional fee. With the rent increases, it can be hard to afford a paid spot, but an option if it is in your budget.Property Manager Responded

April 28, 2025If you want a place to play music at ridiculously loud volumes, people speeding through parking lots, the most inconsiderate neighbors, people screaming in the halls and doors slamming all day and night every day then this is the place you want to live. I would never suggest anyone to live here personally. Staff is friendly and issues with your place gets taken care of quickly but that's the only redeeming quality.
