    I would not recommend cortland Brackenridge to anyone. It seems nice when you come in and tour the place. But once you are a customer and are living here, you no longer get treated with any appreciation or priority at all. The place is not friendly and even the management staff go out of their way not to help. When we go to get a package, the management team always looks at us like, what now. We had high hopes for this place. The one good thing this place has going for it, is the Maintenace ...
    staff is quick to respond. You may have to call them multiple times about the same situation, but they are quick.

    Great location! Some restaurants & parks are easily walkable. Staff is great always friendly & helpful. Lots of community events to attend so you can meet other residents, grab refreshments & be social for a bit. Pet friendly, dog park is large & open with a few skill building obstacles.
