March 29, 2024My first impression of Cortland Brighton Bay was how incredibly beautiful it is. I love to walk around the lake and look at all the wildlife, the birds, turtles and of course the Otters. The residents are very friendly and everyone always says hi as they walk by, but what makes this place the best is the management and maintenance staff. They are all so caring and good at their job, they make me feel so welcome. Not to mention the food trucks, the gift wrapping station at the holidays and the ...thank you events like the BBQ and free breakfast! October 13, 2023This is the second month as a resident of Cortland Brighton Bay. I want to say thank you to the whole team from making me feel welcome and part of the family. There were small issues with the apartment at first when I moved in but Cortland’s team resolved them and continue to do so as needed.
