This is an excellent community with an excellent clubhouse staff and supervisors. The service team is also exceptional, I was amazed at well the buildings and grounds held up after the two historic hurricanes and how fast the service team cleared vegetation and and repaired things afterwards.

My first impression of Cortland Brighton Bay was how incredibly beautiful it is. I love to walk around the lake and look at all the wildlife, the birds, turtles and of course the Otters. The residents are very friendly and everyone always says hi as they walk by, but what makes this place the best is the management and maintenance staff. They are all so caring and good at their job, they make me feel so welcome. Not to mention the food trucks, the gift wrapping station at the holidays and the ...

The apartments are so nice with a lot of character and great floor plans. My neighbors are friendly and even offered to help when I was moving in. The front office staff are all very responsive. The grounds are nice and quiet, my dogs love to walk around the pond.

The team at Cortland Bay have shown to be efficient and caring. the apartments are comfortable and well maintained as is the whole community. It is a fun place to live.
