Hello there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We would like to provide some context as to the delay in making the grills be operational.
Due to an incident that occurred onsite, we are legally required to preserve the grills, which prevents us from making repairs. Also, the gas line for the grills in the pool area is also used for the spa, therefore, preventing it from operating based on its specifications. The company that provides propane for our tanks is currently prohibited from refilling as well. There will be some repairs and inspections required of all grills and fire pits throughout the community before they will be operational for our residents. We are waiting on details as to when we can move forward but no dates have been provided at this time.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we greatly appreciate all residents patience during this time. We hope to provide a community-wide update soon.

Internet and valet service there is no resolution or credit. When internet is out I go to office and I have to call internet company with so any excuses. No credit only 1 time they sent me a random gift card but i work from home so that doesn't cover my salary that I need to pay rent. Trash valet same thing , no credit just reporting and waiting for it to be picked up. And me upset doing this survey to report the same things that other people am sure have reported with only a thank you and no ...

For internet-related issues, Gigstreem is an independent third-party provider. All troubleshooting, service requests, and any credit considerations must be submitted directly through their support team. Our team meets with Gigstreem weekly to review resident-submitted tickets, but we did not see a recent request under your account. Submitting a ticket with them is the only way they can diagnose the issue, provide updates, or determine whether a credit is applicable.
For valet trash, any missed pickups should be reported through the Cortland app so the vendor can return and complete service. While credits are not automatically issued for vendor delays, reporting each occurrence allows us to hold the vendor accountable and address recurring issues more effectively.

As much as I love the complex and it is very convenient for me to live there. The prices are quite too high. Dog park needs to be fixed asap. I have been asking for a long time. Grills are not working since beginning of the year. Gate started to be open daily for deliveries ( loosing point of living in gated community ). Screens for the windows, I was told to buy my own. Sometimes people are very disrespectful by the pool with music/noise/drinking. Also talked to few people by the pool that ...

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We regret to hear there have been some aspects of your experience that have fallen short of the one we strive to provide and we appreciate the opportunity to address what you shared in your review.
Regarding the grills, there was an incident on December 28th that resulted in an injury. As a result of this, the pool grills and other community grills must remain preserved in their current condition until they are inspected by the appropriate parties. We are exploring the option of providing propane tank grills in common areas, but we are still waiting for guidance before moving forward.
We understand your comment about the bark park. Our plans to make upgrades to it unfortunately got postponed, but in the meantime, our service and landscape teams continue regular maintenance, though there is not yet a scheduled date for improvements.
For the gates, the entry system routes calls to the office so access can be granted remotely. ...
Previously, the gates were scheduled to remain open during business hours Monday through Saturday due to repeated issues with people being unable to gain entry when associates were assisting residents or touring apartments and could not immediately answer the phone.
We have plans to add window screens this year and are currently working on finding the right vendor to work with on this. Regarding the pool, we do have security onsite with instructions to monitor the area, including noise, alcohol use, and non-residents accessing the pool. Based on your comments, this is something we will be addressing further with the security team to improve consistency.
