Please reconsider before you move here. There are constant internet problems, someone is stealing packages left in the mail room and the hot tub has been broken the entire summer which is prime time for enjoying it

We’d like to clarify that the hot tub has not been down all summer. Although, it has been out of service longer than we would like due to an unexpected equipment failure. Unfortunately, because the repairs are tied to warranty coverage, we are currently waiting on the vendor to complete the necessary work. We understand the timing has been disappointing, especially during the warmer months, and we’re pushing for resolution as quickly as possible. Regarding the internet and package concerns, we’re actively working with our service providers and reviewing our mailroom procedures to ensure improvements are made. Amazing Community / Staff and Beautifully kept grounds

I knew the moment I set foot on this property that this was going to be my home! Between the amazing leasing staff, especially Wilfredo that was the first person to greet me and get me my own unit once I got approved, to the maintenance staff that welcomed me with open arms and has been very attentive to any need I have with my unit.
