    I’ve been living here for nearly 6 months and it has been a 5 star experience. Phenomenal management team, amenities and resident activities. Maintenance is quick and professional. I feel safe, great location I can walk to multiple places. No complaints highly recommend

    If you want to be locked out of your home without help for multiple hours because their electronic only keys don’t work and their customer service is awful then sign right up for the anxiety and immense frustration. All you will get in terms of a response is a ‘computer says no’ corporate statement - they don’t care

    Courtland East is convienent for the MARTA traveler and the curious foodie. The living space is clean and the crew are friendly.     Everything about the leasing process was easy and stress-free. I really felt like everyone in the leasing office did their best to find the right unit for me. I’ve been here for a couple of months now and it’s been great. They also have regular community events, I just need to do a better job about making it to them, but they all seem creative and like they would be a lot of fun.
